This is the avenger supercharger. It is a Autorotor 1.3L with intercooler creating 4.5 to 5.5 pounds of boost depending on climate. It would come complete same parts that you would get from avenger + a canister for the intercooler, Spli Second programable MAP, Air Raid cool air intake system, and Auto Meter Boost gauge.
Could be made to work with any 4.0 However would work best on TJ up to '03.
Best offer

Well...I have over $5,000 invested in parts alone plus programming the MAP, another $1,000.
The charger only has about 2500 miles on it. We are selling because we are tired of being test dummies for avenger. When purchased, I was told that putting this on a '05 was no problem, some had already been installed with no issues. The '05s have a Dodge computer, 15 pounds higher fuel pressure, different intake air temp sensor...ETC. Avenger will not take it back without lawsuit. So with that in mind, if I could get $3,000 out of it,I would be about
even. That Sucks

Hey Rock,
I am sorry but I have a 4 popper so I don't need your supercharger. I just bought a Rimmer supercharger and was thinking about running the SplitSecond FTC kit. How has yours worked so far? What can you tell me about it? I'd like to know if it is worth the money.

Thanks & I hope you sell your kit.

Wildman, I had the PSC (fuel) not the FTC (fuel/timing). I had 2 different supercharger shops program the PSC multiple times. The first shop installed it. Both shops recomended it. Both shops had previous success with it. The first shop sent me to the second shop who had done many supercharged TJ's, but not a '05. The shops would road test/program, 100 to 150 miles. It ran GREAT!!! until I drove another 200 to 300 miles. Then, it was like, the ECM would get wise to whats going on and try to correct it. That happend 5 or 6 times. I gave up. The second shop was still confident it could be worked out, I was not. I learned that the '05 ECM has 10,000,000 lines of code, the '97 to '04 have 2,000,000.
This is my only experience with superchargers. That being said I know you will need the following: a reprogramed ECM and/or a splitsecond FTC, bigger or additional fuel injectors, better cooling system (maybe just a t-stat) and someone with more experience than me.
I sent the jeep to AEV to get the HEMI conversion. If you know anyone who wants to upgrade to the 4.0, I have it complete.
