i have an 89 yj i want to stretch i my plan was to use xj rear springs they are longer and have a six inch offset from what i understand also softer so an add a leaf would be in order. the poss problem is a i have a 4" lift currently (stock shackles) will putting stock xj springs bring my jeep down any help would be great.

the xj springs are set up as spring over. if your lift right now is spring under then you will probably gain a touch
