I installed a AEM Brute Force Intake along with the throttle body spacer and my 4.0 would not idle. Adjusted the set screw on the throttle body to open the throttle a bit at idle and seems to work fine, however got a check engine light with a diagostic code that says the Oxygen Sensor relay is bad. Any ideas or similar problems? Rig runs great otherwise?

I never ran into this on any I've done. I'd recommend calling AEM, though.

Moving this thread to the proper spot.
