I am just posting this to see if any of you have any insight into my problem. Any suggestions are appreciated! Last night I was wheeling in the canyon and the Hydraulic line on my clutch assembly burst. I towed it into town and replaced the entire assembly this morning. After I did that, however, the transmission lost its ability to shift into 3rd or 4th. I can move the stick into the position, but I get no power. If I rev it high enough in 2nd I can hop to 5th and it will engage. I played with the spacing on the slave cylinder, but it didn't do anything to fix the problem. Does it sound like the tranny went out? What am I overlooking? Frown Thank you in advance for any help!

sound like your 3-4 shift fork may have broke from the shift rod. or could be somthing to do with the shifter.

ya I'd agree with jeeps and guns, have you drained your transmission out and see if you have any metal chunks floating around that'll give you some what of an idea as to what condition ur tranny is in before you take it out and apart.
