can someone give me tha link to the motors for the 1:10
and i want to put new gears in

are those better than stock

and also wear do i get new gears
the one on the front motor is torn up and is makeing grinding noises

Those motors are the best GV280Z has been able to find that work with the stock electronics and have improved torque and battery run time.

As for gears Im not sure.
