I was just wondering what you all think of this ESC from Novak: Novak Electronics Super Duty XR Reversible (6-14 cells) along with the cooling fan

to use in......? Man, that thing is insane and if you plan on putting it in a newbright, you're nuts. Big Grin Of course, it definitely can handle the 2 puny motors. That thing is set up for running dual 550s.

Hi Ramza042,

I was thinking about using it on my Radio Shack Hummer H2. I have had some bad luck with ESC's from LRP. I thought I would switch to Novak and buy a heavy duty ESC to handle the power of the batteries along with the gearing in the transmission. Suposedly my ESC from Trinity were capable of handling my Trinity Komodo Dragon Pro 19 turn motor with a 10 pinion gear. I just did not want to fry another ESC again. Here is a link to my Mini Cooper:

Oh, yeah, I remember seeing that the other day, nice ride. Considering the h2 only uses one motor, it would be a pretty safe bet that the ESC could handle it... MAN, could you imagine the h2 with a dual setup like a txt or e-maxx? Whew, indeed.

This is a VERY Good ESC, tough enough to handle almost all motors
