I have the yellow 1:6 Electric New Bright H2 Hummer have used it 2 charges in last 2 years cause its just to slow and weak. Put it out on nice short grass and it barely moves. In house on hardwood its not bad. My questions are: Are they all like this or did I get a lemon? And if so has anyone ever modded one of these? e.g.: Put faster, better motor in one or found a way to get more outta the one that came with it? And lastly any one tell me how to get it apart without breaking something?

If the battery has just been charged two times in two years, it may need discharging and then recharging to work properly.

When batteries sit they don't work great when they are first charged again.

Drain the battery all the way and charge it up till it starts to warm a little.
At that point the battery will be as good as it's going to be.

See if it goes better.
