         I have seen a few of these around Plymouth as in plymouth rock. There was one that was a INTERNATIONAL CXT but can't find it. but the bottom was more sloped so it could run in water and push it to the side by making a wake... These trucks have a good protection against the (ALIENS / PREDATOR / ET) :-) But I prefer to believe that these tubes welded and riveted to these trucks rather to go in the woods (Wildfire), and reverse the small trees, without scratch their trucks .. this is my idea .. here, our fire trucks, no do not have these tubes .... ########################################### Little research .. http://images.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http://www.chivvi...1%26hl%3Dfr%26sa%3DN The first two images are typical brush trucks very much like the one's I've ridden. They are extremely well suited for this geography. Old military 5 ton flat bead transport trucks converted with very thick 2"+ steel tubing to form a brush guard. On the front bumper you can see the heavy pull winch and massive push tube. (The push tube and the brush cage allow the truck to literally push down scrub pine and smaller brush/trees.)   Let us hope that our forum (the only) for TOY + MODS = BETTER TOY .. will always ((living )) |

Might not have them in city but must have them near borders etc. We have paths in woods just for fire lanes. Up north they use logging roads for fire lanes to. a few showed,, I have seen in person. Was looking for the cxt I saw at Plymouth, since NB makes a cxt. Would be cool to make a crawler type rig exo skeleton and use a fire truck scheme for it. I have my eye on a few kids firetrucks and police cars for sounds and lights. down road or maybe my soon sand car project might a nice platform for a police or fire truck scheme to. Would like to make something for me that is a scheme after my police and fire station. Was thinking about a fire boat or police that can be towed behind my f-650 project. If they can't boot it they tow it. good thought though.. now In uk what would they do with a tank?
