I dropped by Canadian Tire (CTC) last night and they are putting out their Christmas toy stock. They had NB FJs and LR3s for 99.99. Wait a while and they'll go down to 45.00 just like last year, I bet.

Looks like CTC will be getting into gas powered trucks as well:

Not sure of the quality but it would be interesting to see these go on sale at some point for half price.

must be an early distro in your area - I checked and none of our stores have them in stock, although they are listed - can't find any NB stuff yet.....

they always dump left over Christmas toy stock, cause they don't normally carry "toys" - interesting to see if they will go on sale

I bought two last year in early December for 45.00 - so it seems they can go on sale at any time. Needless to say, they moved pretty quick at that price.

I just saw that at my local place... from a quick look doesn't look like they have learned anything.. appears to be the same chassis

on the up side, nice body - "Nikko" has something similar out as well - with a nice body... someone over at RCC is using the "nikko" for an axial scale build...........
