New Bright 1:10 Toyota FJ Cruiser Now In Stores!

You won't find it on New Bright's site and you won't find it online yet, but I spotted 2 in the Birmingham Toys R Us yesterday.

I haven't gotten my samples yet, so they now have 1 Smile

What a rip-off some stores are. Here locally in Ontario Canada the price of an NB 1:10 FJ Cruiser can vary by as much as $50. The lowest price my wife has seen, was $49.99 at the superstore. In contrast the local Crappy Tire is listing for $99.99, with Toys-r-us, and Futureshop not far behind, thats expensive! However the 1:1 version costs upwards of $30,000, ask me how I know.

Hello all! I too am new here, as I just purchased my FJ at Superstore here in Calgary Alberta tonight. Here in my city, they are $59.98 at SS, $89.99 at TRU, and the Jeep bodied one I saw at Cambodian Tire was marked $149.99. The FJ I got at SS (or the LR3, they had those in stock too) is not the one in the "Rockcrawler" box, with the Rockcrawler.com stickers, but rather this one:

Digital proportion steering means it has a wide range of travel instead of just on off type steering, where its all left/right or none.

what's up guys, new here...I just bought one of these FJ's. Cost just over $60. My bud got the jeep a while back..so we have been moddin' already. I'll try to post a pic or 2 later. Cut the body, changed springs, and modified the chassis for more up/down travel, cut the tires, and lowered the body about 1/2".Later,Chuck
