Overpowered Crawlers dont crawl very well. Its not about what you got under the hood so much as it is how you use it. On a Crawler you want a low CG with grippy tires, a supple smooth moving suspension and low gearing with just enough wheelspeed to move you when you need it. All horsepower will just break parts.

Look forward to seeing what you build.

If you could put your hand (buy) FLAPDING gears, 70/1 when 90/1, it would be great ..

Changing stock motors by motor more powerful .. FLAPDIND said ..

Graupner Speed 280's, HANDS DOWN! Super powerful, very fast, stock electronics okay. I have been running them in my son's basher rig for over a year and no problems. No problems other than huge wheelies, crazy air off jumps, tire spin, and all around great 4x4 thrashing that is!!!

HELLO .. J33P3R ..

According MR FLAPDING, they are powerful and they bring speed crawler .. I have not tried, but I have already tried the 280, another brand .. strength + speed was very present ..

My 280 were installed in SUPER-HEIGHT ( crazy-crawler ) .. and their performance were 50% better than the stock motor NB .. If I remember well ..

Boothe .. to install new shocks .. a few times, we must make small changes .. it all depends on shocks you buy .. Usually, it is not too difficult to built new small carriers, for new shocks .. small squares of metal and small metal screws are very good work ..

You use them when upgrading the gears to get back some of the speed. I still have not had time to mess with the stock board or tried some capacitors for the motors.
