How do i aneal my springs. thats might not be how you spell it. do i just heat them with a propane torch until their red or do i just heat them slightly. thanks for your help

by aneal i'm guessing you mean anneal. To make the springs softer more flexy? Just cut the first 2 or 3 coils out with wire snips. As well as remove the upper shock mounts(the blue piece) That in it self will help tons. I don't think heating and cooling these springs would be good for them anyhow.

If you try to anneal them you want to be very carefull a few degrees to hot and they become regular wire instead of springs lol. I used a propane torch and only hit about 3 coils so i have a progressive spring. Heat them just till they turn bluish grey abot 650 to 800deg then dip in water while they are hot. Use this method as a last resort, cutting then pulling a little more length is a better option to try first. I work with steel and iorn most of my life and I still cratered one of mine doing it.
