HELLO .. ..

I finally received my LAND ROVER this morning ..

Oh la la, plactic is not an excessive thickness :-)

One piece is missing (SNORKEL) :-(

I advised my seller by email, and I hope the recovered very soon .. I await his response ..

This big LAND ROVER will certainly need reinforcements at several locations (frame + body)

Shocks (springs) are very rigid, oil shocks are welcome ..

The battery ( 2 ) are already on their chargers ..

I will study this (BIG TRUCK) from all angles, to get a sense of its construction ..

For the price, I am satisfied ..

I will order my bearing ( 10 ) Tuesday or Wednesday ..( To be replaced by plastic bearings )

I wonder if we can improve the flex of this LAND ROVER somewhat, while installing double oil shocks ..

I will ask more questions JACOB S on the functioning of his (central pivot) ...

and J33P3R will probably good advice to give me on several subjects ..

I will go step by step .. Thanks guys ..

PS ................

Two small photos of me ... And my ((LAND ROVER))

Hey hey .. the guy beginning to be old ... :-)

HELLO ..........

I already started to dismantle my LAND ROVER :-)

Springs pairs of shocks (stock) do not have the same extension .. One is longer than the other .. And very very hard ..
Waiting for my oil shock, I install springs 1/10 RUBICON .. I think the performance will be better .. I will do the same work on the other six shock ..

Hooray !! Loulou has the big LR!! MAte , you do not waste time do ya! Already the problems have been identified! good work.
I too am interested in this pivot system that has been seen on the modified lr3.
I have been working on my jeep and my other little jeep and have not done as much on my Landrover.
Now I am happy he master modifier has one for me to see where to focus my mods.
well done loulou

NICE LR3 loulou...very big and looking mean....

didnt waist much time eh LOL ...good luck with your mods on it.

just a though...that body of the lr3 would look nice on 1:10 axles i guess...but would need a custom chassis due to wheelbase
