wane,s i understand your concerns .but it may be be best to leave things the way they are .tex is happy with it so .we go with it workd ok for years .change is not always good .isaid this before some where ..no offence.

It can perhaps give us another .. It could be named ((r/c car and other r/c))" Actually, there is another forum furher down this board called Radio Controlled Trucks. A while back I posted my Wheely King build but it seems that this forum is a deadend and noone bothers to read/post to it! I haven't done any work on my NB in about a year so I feel I don't have much new to offer on the NB but I still think that the mods I've done on my WK may be of some benefit to others, i.e., transferable to the NB. Maybe not!! I think the problem with this forum now is that the mods for the NB are pretty much exhausted and we are grasping at things to discuss/find in common - which, inevitably, leads to things outside the sphere of NBs. As a NB forum, this has grown as much as it can. And as I no longer mod (or even run) my NB. I thinks its time for me to to bid this forum adieu. the more we read other stuff and mod our Nb's the more this forum grows.
I did not see a NB cane chassis before one month ago. Now I see some being built. I didnt use to see lights on 1:6's now they have lots. Some people dont get onto this forum until they break there NB. There is always goin gto be people coming and going just drifting. There also will be people that have many other life interests and just keep on modding their toys (like me) The mods have not been exhausted. If your NB crawler was amphibious and could fly, I would call your mods exhausted. Sometimes this would be handy, if you took a tumble down the rocks and landed in the creek(amphibious) or if you crawled all the way to the top of a huge pile and could not climb to get your truck ( flight) |
