Hi Guys,I've been collecting cheap r/c stuff for a while...finally decided to put some of it to use Smile I didn't build this to be a super flex crawler...just a fun build...total cost,about $40.00,including nb crawler, using mostly thrift store bits & pieces Smile.....(cheap chevy) Smile

COBRA98 .. you did a good job on this crawler .. the pieces of meccano, you have help :-), your ((Thrift store Chevy)) really pleases me .. I have already used pieces of meccano for BLACK-CAB ..



Let us hope that our forum (the only) for TOY + MODS = BETTER TOY .. will always ((living ))

Thanks Loulou....The meccano pieces are from thrift store too,got a large box of assorted parts for $1.00...saved time not having to fab brackets Smile

Nice job bud..

Love the velcro, When I first got my NB 2 first mods were using 4 inch screws for shocks and dropping the body down and using velcro in front and back attaching it to chassis and body with 2 sided servo tape.

Thanks Guys,...j33p3r..i had already done a 46x10 gear mod on the axles so it has plenty of torque,with some taller tires for ground clearence,i think it would be a pretty good crawler Smile
