I have a USA key board (International Key Board) So typing French is not easy.

I should look and see if I can find a Canadian Key Board or even a UK Key Board would be easier.

wayne you can change the input text of any keyboard .in windows xp go to local settings look for input text it will bring up a sub screen from there select the language of your choice and apply , easy as pie .

I know you can do that m8. If I did that,, then I still need the key board.

Knowing me on how sloppy I am with food / drinks
around the key board, would be easier to just buy another key board and keep it either on another port and bracket to the wall or make a shelf that drops down from wall when I need it.


At one time I had 3 key boards setup to one of my computers. For WWII simulates and changed the keys so I could just use all keys needed close together. using a joystick wile dodging bullets
with one hand and stretcting to cumnicate with other and using other keys to track enemy with
was hard.. So I redesigned things to soot me..

Now I just use the typical USA keyboard or as the would knows in as an international keyboard.

Now some times I get words messed up, since instinct of using my redesigned key boards takes over when I type fast.

You Nat might of noticed in MSN that typing fast
I screw up the words pretty good LOL.
Cobra98 I have been on MSN with more So he gets
the bad brunt of it LOL. In a com Like MSN I read as Im typing on screan so I can pic up on it pretty good. Now I can backspace what I already entered so some times others will end up reading more sentence then what they need to..

I think Cobra98 has a good sense of humor out
of it.. So he finds it funny instead of headaches most of the time,,,,,Well maybe sometimes LOL.

stopped thread because of of this.

My Wife is 50% Québec French her mothers side. now her mother does not know I understand french for good resign lol.
My grandmére on my fathers side was an English settler her family ended up in Québec. I use to speak French with her until a few years ago when she died. Written words is another issue all together. Growing up. I started out in Baptist schools, My parents changed my schooling to Catholic since their plans of life changed a few years into the service. We were to stay in the northern United states under S.A.C (Strategic Air Command). My mother was RAF (Radar operator)
My father was USAF. I was not able to be in public schools. Baptist privet schools were easy to come by. Then things changed, they/ we went back to USAFE but still S.A.C so schooling changed to Catholic schools.

PS:
O yeah I don't know a word that would interpret be in French. Just know "être" which would come out as "to be" in English.

Only way I could figure out "be" is to use CAPS BE
