HELLO ........

When I installed my bearing, I note that on
LAND ROVER 1/6, there is another place to get a motor .. (((I think))) in the diffs, and installed a bigger gear that the third gear ..

The site is already made to receive the new gear .. and the motor ..

This gear should surely be available ..

It removes the third gear (small), you install the motor in its new location, and place on the new third gear (larger than the old one) this change is expected to slow significantly, LAND ROVER ..

I let you study this discovery (if there is discovery) :-)

You can not install four gear .. we must remove the third gear, and change it to a bigger, the holes have already been received for this big gear ..

PS ...

This motor is not the right ..

Remove the third gear, and install a third gear larger, LAND ROVER is slowing, and stronger ..

everything is ready, the hole where you insert the pine of the gear, and support for motor ..

I believe that the same motor used to this change .. I did not check ..

This location is not there, a hazard ..

I have already had big gear, but I did not keep, I regret ..

PS ..impossible to place a fourth gear ..

Loulou, the other space for the motor is for the jeep, it uses smaller motors (9.6volt) and an extra gear in there. I have been studying this too but dont have the spare gears like you have to play with!

One day, someone showed me a glass of water that was half full. And he said, "Is it half full or half empty?" So I drank the water. No more problem. ~Alexander Jodorowsky.....

OK .. this is not a very big problem, you should be able to open this gear, and the locked epoxy ..

You should certainly be able to remove the screws.

I couldn't unscrew bolt so I got new idea. I put inside one bolt and screwed it. It's very fast but I'm afraid that it's not as strong as epoxy

Jacob S ............

Have you tried to pierce the head of the screws with a drill .. just to use this head a little ..

Or, remove the three other screwed, and heated head of the screws, with a soldering iron very hot .. once very hot, pull the piece, and tried to abduct ..

You can remove some plactic around this screws with a heated exacto .. even if the piece breaks a little ..

Once the head removed, and this piece open, you can remove the screws with pliers ..

The important thing is to open this piece, and the locked epoxy ..

Your bolt is not a good solution ..

Two shaft should be inserted to the bottom of this piece ..

Tried again .. thank ......

############################################

.. Or .. Remove the plactic around this screws with a heated exacto .. with epoxy glue, three screws + epoxy glue, should be sufficient to close this piece ..
