Not looking for pity.. just given a heads up that things might be kinda on hold for a wile.. Well Ill still try and get little things here and there done.. But hobby money is pretty much out the window now. Not sure how much damage there is to the truck but from sound of it.. It cant be pretty. She heard banging going on then got down the street. The truck died on her. I got it home pulled the passenger side cover and cam is not moving. which means the timing belt went and the banging she heard was the pistons hitting the valves.

Maybe you got lucky and the bangin' was just the belt hitting the cover.If you cranked the motor over to check the cam moving you should have heard the same noises she did.Let's hope
