Hi guys, The gearbox mod didn't survive testing...so i did a loulou gear mod, works great...the only difference is size of gears & mounting method...loulou gears 34x10 with 8t pinion....mine are 54x10 with 10t pinion...found enough gears to do 4 axles in this NB endloader

cobra98 .. if you use the pinion 10T .. I think you could use your new gear and build a true crawler ..

now need to build 4 link suspension....if any of you guys have pics with dimensions of links...please post

Hi loulou, i tested the axles on a stock chassis with the 10t pinions and they worked great,big improvement over stock gearing

another member (cobra98) built a new system-gears in the same style that YELLOW-CRAWLER ..

cobra98 .. the installation of this fourth gear, you did not give too much trouble ?

It is true that this fourth gear, gives great strength to crawler ..

loulou...the 4th gear install was very easy compared to gearbox mod......yes the 4th gear makes a big difference,much stronger...In my opinion,if you can't get flapding gears,the best option is adding 4th gear

I've always said ..
install the fourth gear .. raise the motor .. solidify the whole ..
and we end up with a very powerful crawler .. YELLOW-CRAWLER .. Ratio .. 184/1

Yes indeed loulou,4th gear is my best mod yet...now need some instuction on suspension mods
