I present this truck 1/10 that I received as gifts.(( LA SOURCE ..QUEBEC $49.00 ))

This RAMINATOR may not be amended except to put it into 1000 pieces ... What I will not do.

He is strong and his speed is acceplable.

Maybe what this RAMINATOR running on flat land will give me a certain pleasure.

My other crawlers that speed did not .... They were like snails ....But very strong.

##############################################

PS .......
I think he possesses the same basis as the HUMMER of MR SEAND ...

One day, someone showed me a glass of water that was half full. And he said, "Is it half full or half empty?" So I drank the water. No more problem. ~Alexander Jodorowsky.....

Yes Tex - that is the exact same chassis as my old Hummer. I've since taken the axles off and have trimmed off the extra plastic (removed the steering servo box and other stuff that was not needed) There is a centrally loctated motor (540) and transmission with two driveshafts running to either axle. The axles are pretty solid and the gears are well made in comparison to the NB.

If I had more free time I would take the time to rebuild it but right now its in a hundred pieces in a shoe box!!!

Here's a real rough look at what I'v done so far. I've cut the axles down to what you see between the thin white lines. The plastic covers over the drive shafts (the squigly lines) have been chopped off as well. The thick white lines shows where the drive shafts are. All drive train parts are metal - shafts, yokes, bearings etc so they are good and strong. Some of the attachment points are there for a four link but I am not sure if they would really work or not.

Maybe worth a shot sometime, who knows.

Sean

YES SEAND,....
Making the truck seems very strong.

One day, my RAMINATOR could perhaps go under the chainsaw just like yours.

Give us news about your upcoming work on this great project.

Make a true four links with this truck would be a lengthy process.

Only an expert could complete this project. :-)

Being able to make multiple changes on a crawler or a truck that is not too costly initially is a good thing but we must find this (donor).

The RUBICON was one of them.

I have fun with my ((RAMINATOR)) on the ice and hard snow.

For the low-priced $ 49.00 and the quality he has, I do not regret this purchase ..

If the temperature permits, I will take a few video (2-3 days) of this ((RAMINATOR)) in the snow, because it snows here presently.

HELLO

Here are a few small videos from my source RAMINATOR $ 49.00 :-)

I like its speed and suspension is fairly well.

This is not a crawler and it never will be a crawler.

It is instead made to climb over obstacles and make a few jumps that looks far to the exploits of WHEELY KING :-)

Better battery would be preferable for a better time.
This truck for the price is not to reject it.

But for the ice, it would have spikes in the kind marmech had installed on his crawler.

On the snow, the differential should be locked, this should help a bit.

Take videos alone is somewhat difficult :-( excuse the small troubles shooting.

On my hummer mattrack, I lock the differential with epoxy and the result was very good .... He came out of bad situations more easily.

HELLO..............................
My friends, it is true that my new projects are not very many for some time. That does not mean that I am leaving everything to fall.

I built several models with RUBICON 1 / 10 and now I finish with this model.

The hummer mattrack (RADIO SHACK) my little black cab (NYLINT) and a few other models, with their changes bring me much pleasure and sensation.

Today I am a little slow, with the arrival of my second heart attack on December 23, 2007 it did not help much. I still love this forum, and I hope that you accept my presence among you. THANK

If I find a new crawler-toy who can become with appropriate modifications and not too expensive a respectable and efficient crawler, the temptation will surely be delivered.

My latest addition is a RAMINATOR 1/10 which comes from SOURCE (RADIO SHACK), but it is very difficult to make it a crawler .

I will keep for adventures on the lawn or directly on the street (for speed) it's even a good truck for sale $ 49.00 :-)
Close the lights and install a second battery in parallel for a while longer execution would be good for him.
