cant find the motor for the wipers. where is it and what kind of tools will i need.1992 wrangler

The motor for the wipers is under your vin plate on the dash. Remove the roll bar mounts from the top of the winsheild and the brackets on the inside on the windshield that hold it to the dash, then just fold the winsheild down and the motor is right there... very easy to get to. This is also a good time to replace all those torx bits with normal bolts.
