You are already running 37's you will not be happy with a D44 upgrade for long. I would suggest looking for something bigger that will last you longer. JMHO

Is this a 44 out of a Waggy or the aluminum 44 out of a ZJ? If it is the aluminum 44 I'd stay away from it. Not that its weak, just sometimes hard to find things for it, not sure it takes a normal 44 carrier and gears.

That off-set will cause more trouble than its worth. Not to mention there are not very many axle shaft upgrades for it. I run a 44 in the rear with 35's, I know I could prbably get away with 37's and a Super 44 kit but I rather put a D60 in it.

More trouble than its worth.... Ive seen it done, and the rear shaft just isnt pretty. Get a XJ/MJ 44 rear or a full set of waggy 44's.... with a centered rear.
