I got some real nice Black Pleather seats from a almost new TJ. They were free. I want to use them. I realize they won't bolt in. Is there any way to do it without fabricating new brackets? If not, has anyone fabricated new brackets and what did you start with? Any help is appreciated, if not I guess I'll learn as I go.

Thanks,

I'd checkout the bestop brackets for their trailmax seats in a TJ. you might be able to flip them over and mount them. If anything some flat stock with holes drilled in it might work. You'll probably get 1-2" of lift out of that though.

I'd only take new TJ seats if they were free (or 03+). otherwise they weren't nothing to write home about.

good luck.
