i just put some on the front, and they seem to hit the sterring box bracket, did anyone trim this or has anyone expearienced any special fab work needed to install the revolvers on the 91 yj?
Post pics. Just installed a set on a 92 and wheeled it this weekend/ No problems at all! Did you possibly intall them upside down (nylon setting block on the frame side of the revolver) What are you running for a spring set up?
4 inch pro-comp...i'll check on the upside down but i put the swivel on the bottom per the diagram..and its just on the drivers side by the steering box.
i had them on my yj for a while with no trouble. mine hit the steering box bracket during instal, but not once the wieght was on the tires. I would still be using mine if I didnt have reverse eye springs.

thnx i think thats it i still have it on jack stands.
With my reverse eye RE 1.5" SOA springs, the revolvers actually were in a bind on the spring. The [ part right where it attaches to the spring eye was sitting on the main leaf, so bad in fact that it was keeping the springs from settling. I was actually thinking about switching to OME 2.5" springs just to use revolvers again.
