A buddy of mine did this it turned out way cool however for the clasps he went overboard and it uses a camper shell latch. I don't have any pics. sorry.

The one I saw used the old pick-up bed tail gate latches where you have a hook and chain to latch it. It worked, but need some *cosmetic engineering*!
