I am finally going soa on my 93 yj. I want to clear 39/40 inch tires. I have already have about one inch from shackles and a 2 inch body and tj flares. I was thinking the RE springs(6 leaf) will be perfect, but looking for feed back on them or any other spring that will work. Also the axles will be full width chevy dana 60 and 14 bolt rear.

I used 2.5" springs, stock hieght shackles, a 1" body lift and a sawzall. I have 39.5" IROCS and as I fine tune the suspension I may have to use the sawzall again Big Grin
What transfer case are you planning to use?

FSJ Waggy fronts at all four corners, 1" body lift, and liberal use of a sawzall and easily can clear 39's even though I'm only running 37's at the moment

RE 1.5" springs(5 leaf front, 6 leaf rear- to compensate for full size spare)SOA on Full width dana 44 front and dana 60 rear. 1" MORE BL, 1" Shackles(to let springs move), TJ flares, On 37's, can clear 40's. Get the 5 leaf versions, they ride smoother nad flex a little better. Im sure you arent going to be hauling around a 39" spare.

Here it is for reference:

I using the dana 300 for my transfer case. Also i talked to the sales rep at RE and he was telling me that i should take the 6 leaf springs and add another leaf to make it a total of 7 leafs per spring because i am going to be so heavy. I think thats too stiff. Also i rerally dont want to cut more then what the tj flares give me(got to keep it so what legal)

THanks to all, but i think i am going with custom springs from Deaver. It will give between 2.5"-3" of lift. And sure it will last longer then RE for only 40 bucks more then RE's.
