I recently high centered on a big hill and with the weight of the jeep it slightly bowed my nerf bar. How can I push it back down in shape again?

LOL, now that's youth for ya! Wink I guess you could try and heat it up with a torch and bend it back down to where you want it.

Seriously though, you might want to consider some rock sliders to take the place of those nerf bars. They are made to take the weight of the Jeep w/o bending.

You don't need nerd bars get a good set of rock sliders they're built for bashing instead of looks.
