Hi guys,
Picked up an 04' tocoma ext TRD. Is there anyway to bypass the computer so you are able to run the rear locker in 4wd Hi. I know there was a way to override the computer in the jeep rubicon.
Thanks

Two possible solutions:

Grey wire mod

Jumper wire (download & save MS Word doc)

How strong are those TRD electric lockers? Will they grenade pretty easy on 4H?

I know it says in the owners manual to only run it under 8MPH.

Anybody grenade one yet?

I'm not sure I want to find out, especially on the trail.
