I know it's out there because it was mentioned on the show "Extreme4x4". But what I am looking for is the swing away pivot that they showed was basically similar to a trailer spindle with inner and outer bearings, a seal and a dust cap. I am going to start manufacturing custom swing away racks and getting this parts is simplier than machine one. BTW I know this company sells just the swing away pivot by itself for those who want to build their own swing away racks.
Try http://www.troutindustries.com and go to the bottom of the page. That is the one that I used for mine. Good price and made really well. Then i just went down to the local farm store and bought a trailer axle shaft. Then we just welded it into the new bumper.
