I did just the minimal amount of fender trimming as I was told by my wife, this was not an off-road toy. This Jeep has never been off-road, just diven day to day. The Jeep has 121,866 miles on it right now (july-27-07). We never got around to changing the gears in the axles. It is still running 3.07 and does a good job running up and down the road. My wife has been getting 17 to 18 with the 33" and 3.07 gears, I know that with 4.11 or 4.56 gears it will do better. It is mostly driven in town and sometimes taken on road trips. As the family is expanding we need a larger SUV and are in the process of buying that rig. Starting price is $6000.00 or best offer. I can send pictures to any one who is interested. I be will looking at putting the Jeep on E-bay in the near future. I can answer any questions that anyone might have.
