Uh my 35x15.50X15 rub on my 2.5" upstep high clearance arms on my my Dana 44, I just had flat topped. Don't know my backspacing on the rims. The tires rub with out the tie rods even put in. I guess that the steering arm could be off a few degrees of rotation from the ball joint but I need a couple inches to work with. I'm guessing I need new rims? any suggestions to what I did wrong.

I built my arms and cut them too wide so I trimmed them down and was ab le to fit my rims but if you don't have the meat availible you'll have to get new wheels to push them out.

I do have some pics of the arms I sent back. When I get the modified arms back I will post up some comparison shots. I have not mentioned the manufacture but there really taking care of me. It's OTT and the arms are the Dana 44 2.5 inch raised arms. Beautiful work.
I flat toped the steering knuckle and tapped the holes right above the boss fits. I was very concerned about makeing the passenger holes a mirror image of the "factory" drivers side. I stand behind my work it looked great. After everything was bolted up I started to put the tires on and damb there rubbing the steering arms. I sent pics to OTT and they said send them back we will make some for you w/ further offset to clear the tires. The 35X15 are on rims with alot of backspacking I wish I had some other rims and tires to compare with but I don't.
