I am sure that this is the strangest topic you all have ever seen on the Rockcrawler boards but I figured that if a Jeep nut needs help creating another Jeep nut what better place to go for some info then to a whole bunch of Jeep nuts. My wife and I are going to have our first child in September. A son I am very proud to say. Anyway we started talking about baby room ideas and my wife suggested that we do a Jeep room. Of course I didnt need to be talked into that idea. The reason I came here with all this is to see if you guys know of any web sites or other places that sell Jeep items that would work well for decorating a baby's room. I am going to paint a huge Jeep mural on the wall but still need some other items to jazz it up. I know this may be a little odd but thanks for any help you can give.

yep, the one above works, also check at your local walmart and babies r us and you will likely find the Jeep baby stuff like cribs, strollers etc. Find yourself an old CJ front grill and hang it on the wall (or a newer model if you choose), or make you a stencil that looks like a jeep grill and paint it on the wall.....make you another stencil with the side view of a jeep (say like 4-5" long or so) and use that to paint a border around the room (Jeeps bumper to bumper), heck the rest of the stuff can be bought, I even saw jeep sheets for kids somewhere, ahh here it is JEEP BEDDING, just use your imagination and be sure to keep us posted on how its coming and congradulations on your being a daddy

Our son's room is a car theme. My wife painted a double yellow line along the top of the walls. You could do something similar and paint bolders or mountian tops.

Hey thanks for the links and the ideas. I had already thought of the jeep stencil idea. I am working on a mural for one wall that will have three jeeps crawling a trail. That is coming along okay. The main thing I was having trouble finding was bedding and the like. I also liked the jeeps bumper to bumper idea. Thanks for all the input. Feel free to post any ideas you guys may have. I will be sure to post some pics when we get it done.
