I believe the guy who started Avalanche left and now is with Poison Spyder. He took his Jeeps designs with him kinda like the Trail Ready / Road Armor thing.

I thought Clifton Slay used to be at Avalanche but wasn't sure. I was pretty much out of the loop when that took place. I just figured Avalanche would have kept some of the Jeep stuff too.
