NADA - The corporate tax bill (H.R. 4520), which included a reduction to $25,000 for small business expensing of sport-utility vehicles over 6,000 pounds, was delivered to the White House yesterday for President Bush's signature. While the president now has 10 days, excluding Sundays, to sign the legislation, meaning the deadline for signature would be Election Day, Nov. 2, there are indications the President may sign the bill as early as today, October 22. The new expensing provision will be effective for property placed in service after the date of enactment (signature by the President).

So.. what you are saying is that if you want an H2, then you'd better buy it RIGHT now? I.e. get off the computer and go down and spend some money right now.. no haggling, just put it on the platnum card and worry about it later right
