New ummmm "Commuter" car.

2000 Audi S4. Quatro
2.7L V6 BI-TURBO

Has some minor mods to it and we are guessing about 350hp at this point. My targer is 450.

I stomped the trottle this weekend at 80-mph on a damp road and it spun ALL FOUR tires!

We flew to D.C. this weekend and drove it home. Here is my girl driving. Yes it is an auto, but it is "tiptronic" notice the shifter buttons on the steering wheel.

Adversity does not build character "it reveals it"

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature,
nor do the children of men as a whole experience it.
Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright
exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

Sweet. Think a guy at work has one.

Once you go AWD, you really can't go back to a normal car.

So I wonder how old Cole is? That car has midlife crisis written all over it. Smile

Shudda said something about flying out here, I'd bet a few of us east coast rc'ers would have found you something to do in DC for your B-day.

Just like a WRX/STi or Evo is a 4 door sedan right?

Any autox/track time planned for this beast?

I do plan on auto-Xing the car.

I have been reading the Audi forums....boy they suck! Nothing like the Jeep forums.

Very few real tech information. Mostly..."Dealer did it for me" or " had that fixed under warranty".

Need to find the right track set up for the car and an extra set of wheels to put the race tires on.

I run into the same problem with the WRX forums. Not real entertaining. Then I get a dose of rice also.

I've been waiting for prodrive/speedline to get a set of wheels overhere that are the width/offset I'm looking for. Seems to be taking forever.
