I'd like to give a shout out to Mike at 4x4Rockshop! His customer service should serve as the model for other distributers/resellers/web shop owners/and the like.
I'm a new fan.

While I'm at it.... I ordered $50 bucks worth of parts from SummitRacing and they sent me a FREE HAT and some stickers!
Yep I'll be using their site from now on too.

Here's to you guys that help us out when you could ignore us like everyone else. It's all to easy for us customers to get swallowed up and cast aside with all of the MegaMart parts centers and cookie cutter overly commercial "take a number and a seat" "death to mom and pop" shops that are springing up faster than Starbucks. I appreciate you guys! Rockcrawler

Customer Service is priceless. Giving away freebies like Summit did is small but very effective. IMO, customer service will sell a lot of products. Even if the products maybe aren't the quality they should be. If the company is willing to stand behind their products and work with their customers, they'll retain them and probably get more based on that.
