Arrived in Moab on Christmas day - returned to Denver today, Tuesday.
Highlights: Zax, Eddie McStiff's, and motel rooms advertised at 28.00 per night! (Mine was $25.00) Trails: Shafer Trail on Sunday (in the snow!) Spring Canyon/Hey Joe Canyon on Monday Weather: Highs in the 50's with clouds/sun mix Moab in the off-season is GREAT!!!  ______________________________________ A well-crawled rock gathers no moss. - Lt WGS |

We hit snow and ice going UP the LaSal's in October.
 Yessiree, the old pucker factor jumps dramatically. But it sure is pretty up there with all with all the aspen's turning yellow and dropping leaves on the pines. Sort of like Mother Nature decorating for Christmas. Not to mention deer and elk running around. Maybe...just maybe, EJS in in the realm of possibilities for 2005! |

we went the weekend after Thanksgiving, had pizza at zacks and drinks and mcstiffs, wheeled moab rim and some more secret trails on jeremy's property above upper hellderado. It was badass, just a dusting of snow.
