A lot of you know I sell Jeeps on the Internet in Texas.

Yesterday, when my daughter and I got back from an afternoon of shopping in down town San Antonio, I did what I normally do...Check my email.

I was shocked when I got this one. I really do care about my customers and when they have a problem I want them to call me. Not too sure what I could have done other than to offer my support and advice for this problem. You can be sure that I did call on this one!

I thought I would share this photo with you guys too....

He bought this Rubicon from me last Memorial Day; this mishap took place on the Guadalupe River not too far from his cabin.

Here is the Sprint photo and attached email.

"Greg, this is Jason McXxxxxxxx. Im in
boerne. Jeep won’t start. Please call
512-xxx-xxxx"

See you on the trail,

I love how everynow and then you see the new Jeep Submarine in the local river. I dont know why it wouldn't start since submarines are in water all the time?

Anyways, that looks like a fun day right there.

That looks to me like that was one of those things someone tries to do after a long day of tubing with your buddy and consuming lots of alcohol, since the water there and is usually pretty clear, he probably thought it was more shallow than it really was, specially with those beer clouded eyes...... It looks like he is going to be okay and so is the Jeep.

His agent said "It's Covered"
