Wow... Thats nuts. On that ZJ that they were doing a fuel filter change on it....I thought the fuel filters on those things are along the fuel line. To me, it looks like they marked the #4 on the fuel pump....???

No - that model jeep has an in tank fuel filter - it sits on top of the fuel pump on the tank - so to change it you have to pull the tank down and pull that round thing - marked with the four (4) off. Since most people don't know where it is let alone how to change it - it is always a high scam item - I'd mark mine - like they did - and ask to see the used filter when they were done.
Jiffy screwed me with my diesl truck - they swore they were putting diesel rated oil in during a change - but I caught them putting in gas engine oil - nocked a 100K off my truck engine... They did this for about nine months and six oil changes.
wow sorry bout ur oil change, but they dont call it jiffy lube for nothing, fast n fast out, no matter what it takes, could use oil, trans fluid, brake or even go jo but it'll be on the full mark on time HAHAHA,
Sometimes I wonder if they even do anything at those places. For all I know, they could just be pretending to work but not really doing much beyond putting new oil in my car, which I could handle just fine. Plus, they tend to overcharge like crazy.
