The real race starts tomorrow. So far Lance has survived the Tour de France keeping out of trouble. Tomorrow is the first day in the Mountains with two hard climbs up the Pyrenees. For me this is where the race gets exciting. We have a chance to see if Lance can win a record 6th straight time. Good luck Lance.

Yup, the mountains are what separates the men from the boys. Historically, that is where Lance leaves the rest of them behind. Hopefully he has it in him like he's had the last 5 years.

Go Postal, that just sounds funny.

Bang.

I'm really interested in the next few stages. Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Great Mountain stages with the kicker being the Time Trial up L'ALPE D'HUEZ on Wednesday. woohoo

Wow, what a first stage in the mountains. Armstrong has proven to be in good form, so far. Now in second place overall, just 5:24 behind the leader. With another tough mountain stage tomorrow I expect to see Lance in Yellow after it is said and done. Great stage for Lance.

The day after the TT is supposed to be even worse. This should be some good racing the next few days.

I'm off to our mini mountains this weekend for the Giro Di Coppi road race.

Lance re-cap'd the yellow today and now has about a 1½-minute lead over Voeckler.

That's it folks. Lance will not give up the Yellow now. He gets to start last in tomorrows TT up L'ALPE D'HUEZ. He has the best team and they will not let Lance loose the yellow now. This will be his 6th tour in a row, barring any misfortune on the road. Just be safe Lance. woo hoo
