a little late but...

Attention Powerblock Viewers!

Dear Powerblock Viewers:

RTM Productions, producers of the Powerblock (Car and Driver Television, Horsepower TV, and Trucks!) is pleased to announce the premier of a brand new off-road how-to show "Xtreme 4x4," beginning January 1st, at Noon Eastern/Pacific on Spike TV!

"Xtreme 4x4" brings to the Powerblock, the best in off road events, and hardcore build ups. From championship off road racing, to competitive rock crawling, mud runs, and more. Xtreme 4x4's team of experienced producers and videographers will travel coast to coast to bring home 4-wheeling's top events. And in the shop - our building team will tackle everything from aluminum jeeps, to massive lifts, air bag kits, and high performance diesel modifications.

Last fall, RTM lead a nationwide search for two off road enthusiasts/builders/fabricators to serve as hosts of the program. Thousands of entries were received but only two made the cut. Ian Johnson is a former GM heavy truck mechanic, gear head-turned auto shop instructor who brings a life-long love of 4-wheeling to the program. And Jessi Combs is a young, but experienced female welder/fabricator whose "get the job done" attitude will be a hit with viewers.

Watch them in action on the premier episode, Saturday, January 1st, Noon ET/PT, re-airing Sunday, January 2nd at Noon ET/PT on Spike TV.

later

jason

Not my favorite. would like more tahn 1 issue a year :S Hope things start coming to gether better or the mag will die. Plus I never got any replies from emails. Wish I would have saved my money. But anyways there is a thread on POR where Ian is asking for comments. and most people there actually like the show. Or won't speak their minds about it.
