Could that possibly fall into the "Futile Stupidity" category? Or did somebody simply have more time and money than they knew what to do with??? I think maybe a Pratt & Whitney R4360 might be better. (3500HP, 28 cylinder radial engine used on the B-36)

good workmanship though. i dooubt its used for any kind of racing the thing has like a 140 rear steet tire.
