If I had to guess, I'd say it's because you put on a 3" body lift. Big Grin There's a bolt that attaches the t-case linkage to a rod attached to the lever inside your Jeep. You can find it in your factory service manual or just look underneath on the drivers side just above the front of the skid. You'll have to loosen, adjust, tighten, and play with it to get it back where it'll work through all 4 positions without hitting anything. Not hard to do, should only take 2 or 3 tries at most. Here's a picture out of the fsm to help ya...it's part #7.

Good luck,
Mark

Like Squid said, you've moved the body higher away from the shifter. Since the lever isn't any longer than it was before, it won't move as far as before. There is a bracket you can buy from Skyjacker or Mountain Offroad to lift the shifter up to the body where it was stock.

... or you could just get a 1-2 inch body lift, ditch the 3 and get suspension. jk Smile
I'd have to agree with squid though, once you lift your body away from the frame, all sorts of things get messed up like wiring, steering, etc...
Good luck to you, and the shifter bracket should solve all your needs.

Its probably hitting the tub, take the center consol out and see whats happening when you shift. Chances are you going to need to cut a notch into the tub to allow the shift to move back further.

Also, I belive that TJ's have the T-case shifter attached to the body.....so if you dident re-locate it then those linkages are probably doing some funky stuff right now.
