What I thought was simple bulb replacement problem has goes running in circles now. I thought it was the bulb that went bad this weekend. I replaced the bulb and no change. I still noticed that the right turn signal is flashing really fast when the right turn blinker is on. I put a volt ohm meter into the leads and I'm getting 12 volts when the lights are on, but when I insert a bulb it does not light up. I can turn my blinker on with a bulb inside and the light bulb will turn on and it still blinks really fast. Could it be the that turn signal flasher or relay is bad. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance....

time for new blinker fluid
j/k try spraying some WD40 (I know it's not a lubricant If all this fails -> it might be a bad ground or shot relay |

Go check the master fuses under the hood infront of the battery. My 2002 tj-X recently had a similar problem where none of my flashers or brake lights worked. I kept busting the "MF(multi-function) Switch" fuse. Finally go sick and tired of it and took it to the dealer cause it still had a month of warranty left. They found the problem and switched out the entire MF switch and now it's just fine
