Long arm or short arm?

If you've found several writeups and have more questions, perhaps you need to grab yourself a factory service manual. What questions do you have that the writeups haven't covered?

There is a 5.5 short arm @#$%^ Once I went to the
long arm - I have never gone back. Don't recommend any short arm now - the long arms provided SOOOO much of a difference. Save your money and get the best...

Definately get a factory service manual. Get the CD, it's cheaper than the book and you can print out copies, get them dirty and throw them away.

As far as websites, check out www.wanderingtrail.com

Ron has some awesome writeups on there. That's what I used when I installed my RE 5.5
