Have you got a body lift on also - I only have 4.5-5 inchs with 35s but the body lift and trimming helped me avoid rubbing. Also I put half inch bo0ster rings in the rear when I put the long arms on - they really max out the travel.

Body Lift = 1
MM Lift = 1
Trim = +1
Flares = + 1

The biggest issues with the new or rebuilt axles is attaching and testing
the brackets - You have to have the jeep in a position so you can level it
out - then move it through the articulation up and down - side to side -
one side up - one down - etc - to be sure all the brackets and arms work
and DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING.

Took me a good three months to tweek my long arm setup. I got some strange
hits - had to move a few brackets - re-bend the rear track bar - and repair
my upper arms because they got ticked.

In the end it was worth it - I should have done the axle rebuild when I did
the original lift - but the cash was not there - as a result I broke alot and
ended up paying twice ...

I figured out the other day, and with my coilovers front and rear, I'm sitting at the equal of a 6" lift, 1" body lift and comp cut rear and I stuff 39.5s without rubbing.

You can control a lot of your rubbing by adjusting your bumpstops.
