Guys,
I put in a 1" more body and motor lift. Now when I put the jeep into drive (auto trans and 4.0L) I get a slight rattle once in a while while the brakes are applied at a stop sign. However, if I turn the AC on, it is the same rattle but constant and a little louder. The second I turn the AC off, it goes away. Any ideas? The worse part is I am completely deaf in one ear and about 50% in the other and it still bothers me . Thanks Matt |

Just a guess, but it might be something as simple as the exhaust vibrating against something at low RPM, which might be a bit lower when you have the AC engaged.
I just put a belly up skid on and get something similar at low RPM. Haven't climbed under there with it running yet to see, but that's what I'm betting on. |

sounds like your shifter bracket is hitting the tub
When you run the airco the engine has to work harder and then the bracket hits the tub even more. If that's the case -> a bracket that takes the Tcase shifter assembly off of the tub is the best and permanent solution |
