I've never heard of the juicebox ignition kit so I can't help you there. As for the weber carb how about looking for a motorcraft 2150 and a rebuild kit. The carb is very popular found on most mid 70's Large Ford cars and pickups. I got mine off a 79 Ford ltd put a rebuild kit and all for under $100 the carb was $50 and the kit was like $35. Very easy to do and the thing runs great.

The TFI is a good upgrade. I installed it inconjunction with my Weber and it compliments it nicely. The K&N filter doesnt really add a noticeable difference, its more of a convenience then anything not haveing to buy a new filter every few months. It pays for itself after a few cleanings. What i like about the TFI, is basically you are replaceing parts you would normally replace anyways through proper maintanance.....your just upgradeing them with better parts that dont cost any more then the stock ones. Alone, you will notice a performance difference with the TFI. Smoother idle, a bit more torque, and crisper throttle response.
