Hi, I am puting in an ax15 in a 84 cj with a 258 inline 6, I need to know if I will need a new bellhousing?
T-4 trans. I want to use the stock linkage for the clutch! I do not want to have to convert to slave cylinder for the clutch. Do early yj's have the setup i'm lookin for? I do not want a hydrolic clutch.

Thank You!!

All YJ's have a salve cylinder, so either way you will have to use it.

Yea, the AX-15 bellhousing should bolt up without a problem.

The D300 will be an easier swap.
You just need a clocking ring/spacer to get it to match.

The D20 would require significant adapters and probably a new tail shaft for the tranny. That's probably $500+ for just the parts.
