I've just about finished my CJ7 to the point I can take it out and play. Mods include a Ram Jet 350, CenterForce clutch, NV4500 trans with 5.6 first gear, Atlas 5:1 transfer case, wide track 35 spline Dana 60s with ARB lockers and 5.13 gears, 1 ton tie rods and tie rod ends, aluminum radiator with electric fan, 38.5 super swampers with a 4 inch BDS lift on a spring over conversion. I've installed the Revolver shackles both front and rear. First couple of test drives revealed violet death wobble in the front end when a minor bump is hit. Everything is new so I'm pretty sure there isn't any worn out front end parts. Camber seems to be about right, axles were professionally done for my jeep. I haven't installed a steering stabilizer yet although I know I need to. I hate to pull those revolvers off right in the beginning but am thinking that may be the only way to cure the problem. I have yet to go over about 25 mph as the death wobble is pretty scary when it starts. Anyone having experience with Revolvers would be nice to chat with. Thanks!

Not yet. Although I've given it's some thought lately. I changed the bushings on the spring hangers last night. That was the last old part in the front end, except for the steering box which seems pretty tight.

I would nix the revolvers on the front. You will have plenty of flex without them. Then the SRS I love mine. I haven't had it on a ramp since the SOA. Geuss I'll have to do that and post the results.

I have revolvers in the front and I have experienced the same "death wobble" as you. Its not very fun when you hit a pothole at 45 and the front end acts like a chopper rotor out of sync. I have a single steeriing stablizer up front, and Im thinking that if I get duals, that might combat most of the problem.
